Through these partnerships, we have providing skilled workmen in Building & Foundations (B&F) and Water sectors. Additionally, overseas manpower mobilization and training at overseas projects in various countries of the African continent and also developed nations like Sweden, and more.

Also we are conducting On the Job Training as per the site need.

Way Forward:

New batches at Kanpur & Nashik in Govt ITI Premises for Formwork Shuttering, Mason & Barbending.
Establishing KSDA centers at ITI Kalyani, Nadia, West Bengal for Formwork, Masonry, and Barbending and Transmission Lines expanding our reach and impact.
Introducing a KSDA center for Transmission Lines in Malda, West Bengal, extending our focus to diverse skill sets.
Developing new courses for multi-skilling and upskilling workmen through On the Job training.
Tower Designers (BE-Civil) & Draughtsman (DCE/ITI) for TL & Sub Stations. Implementing a Learning Management System (LMS) with technical modules in foreign languages for a comprehensive learning experience.
